Recently renovated, and set in the grounds of a large Seaview property, The Garden Cottage has been built with your privacy in mind. 

 

It is fully fenced off from the main house and is surrounded by large, well established trees. 

 

Access is via your own private driveway with electric gate.

  • 1 Queen ensuite bedrooom with jacuzzi bath

  • 3 Double bedrooms, 1 of which is ensuite

  • 1 Family bathroom

  • We have 1 sleeper for kiddies

  • All linen is 100% cotton, extra blankets are provided

  • Open plan lounge, kitchen and entertainment area with stailess steel braai, leading out onto a wrap around deck

  • HD TV with DSTV

  • Fully equiped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine

  • There is also parking on the drive for one small vehicle, or additional off street parking  is availabel 'next door', need be

  • Rates based on 5 guests sharing, please enquire for rates for larger groups

  • 50% non-refundable deposit secures

  • Rates are subject to change without notice

 

Base rate @ R1450 per night, R300pppn thereafter

Jan - March @ R1650 per night

 

Public holidays, long weekends and School holidays @ R2500 per night

 

April @ R2500 per night

 

Dec and Jan @ R4500 per night

 

Exclusive Bookings

 

Always offered as a single unit to only one couple, group or family at a time. If you book one of our holiday villas it will be for your exclusive use.

 

Minimum Stay

 

14 night minimum stay over Christmas

Due to our location in a peaceful seaside village our properties are not available to let for events / functions.
